Global risk engineering and risk management software solution provider, Risk Solved, has appointed Ian Micklewright to the role of Chief Operations Officer in a newly created role designed to support Risk Solved’s strategic direction and global growth plans.

Joining Risk Solved from ALPS Group, Ian brings considerable senior operational management skills and significant experience of IT software development and delivery within the UK insurance market.
Reporting to CEO, Jason Moseley, Ian will own and drive Risk Solved’s operations, workflow and processes for change management, scaling in line with the Boards immediate and long-term business plans.

Complimenting the introduction of Ian to the Risk Solved Exec team, Paul Davies also becomes a member of the Exec team and Risk Solved Board. Paul, who joined Risk Solved in April 2024 as Head of Finance with specialist skills in statutory and regulatory finance, and compliance reporting, now joins the board as Chief Financial Officer.
