Risk Solved welcomes Paul Davies to the team as our Head of Finance.

Based in Worcester, Paul brings with him over 20 years of financial expertise within the insurance industry. His most recent position was Finance Director at Horizon (UW) Ltd, where he spent just over 9 years. Prior to that, he held various managerial positions, including Interim Group Finance Controller at Ageas, Finance Director at Oak Underwriting, and Finance Director at Plum Underwriting.

In his new role, Paul will oversee the company's financial operations and reporting, while directly engaging with the Sales and Operations teams.

Reporting to Managing Director, Jason Moseley, Paul specialises in finance and compliance reporting, as well as statutory and regulatory finance duties. Additionally, he brings expertise in implementing process improvements, enhancing efficiencies, and driving business performance.
